bk0k Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bk0k website accessible at bk0k.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a bk0k account or who accesses the Platform for the purpose of placing bets, participating in games, or otherwise using the services offered.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a registered Player on the bk0k Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their bk0k Account in BDT that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a bk0k promotion, which are subject to separate wagering conditions prior to withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity defined as such under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures used to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the official time zone under which bk0k operates its support and processing functions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By clicking "Register", completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the bk0k Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the bk0k Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

2.3 bk0k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address associated with their Account or by notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of bk0k is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bk0k reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where this requirement is not satisfied. Any funds held in an Account closed for age non-compliance will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bk0k Platform is operated and made available to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bk0k makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location outside of its intended market.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a bk0k Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold only one registered bk0k Account. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bk0k reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit all balances — both Real Money and Bonus — without notice or appeal.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

bk0k may require Players to complete identity verification at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by bk0k may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk0k username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your Account details with any third party. bk0k will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bk0k support immediately via live chat. bk0k will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation.

4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your bk0k Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tools available in your Account dashboard. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to those funds.

4.4 Account Closure by bk0k. bk0k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for Prohibited Conduct; (c) the Player has provided false registration information; (d) the Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. bk0k will contact the registered email address prior to any administrative action being taken on an inactive Account. Any Bonus Balance in an inactive Account will be forfeited after ninety (90) days of inactivity. Real Money Balances will be held securely and remain accessible upon verified login.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bk0k currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other methods as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. Supported methods are subject to change without advance notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's bk0k Real Money Balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or due to third-party payment provider delays. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are denominated in BDT. bk0k does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by bk0k within one (1) to four (4) hours during standard BST operating hours, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier. bk0k reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the bk0k Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bk0k does not support multi-currency accounts. If funds are received from a payment method operating in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees are the Player's responsibility.

5.5 Refusal of Transactions

bk0k reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. Players will be notified of any transaction refusal and given reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 bk0k offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered Players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform.

6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 bk0k reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly permitted in their individual terms.

6.4 Players who are found to be exploiting promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordination with other players to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or any other strategy that bk0k considers contrary to the spirit of the offer — will have their Bonus Balance and associated winnings voided and may have their Account permanently suspended.

6.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is one that meets the minimum deposit threshold stated in the welcome offer terms and is made using an eligible payment method. Welcome bonus eligibility is assessed at the time of the first deposit; bk0k cannot retroactively apply a welcome bonus to a deposit that did not trigger it at the time of processing.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the bk0k Platform are final once confirmed. bk0k does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred on the part of bk0k (see clause 7.3 below).

7.2 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on bk0k. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change without notice. bk0k reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits where it considers this appropriate.

7.3 Obvious Errors. In the event that bk0k publishes odds, multipliers, or game outcomes that are clearly erroneous as a result of a technical fault, human error, or system failure, bk0k reserves the right to void any bets placed on such erroneous terms. Where bets are voided under this clause, the staked amounts will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

7.4 Game Rules. Each game category on bk0k — including sports betting, live casino, slots, Aviator, and Mega Fishing — is governed by its own set of game rules as defined by the relevant game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and specific game provider rules, the game provider rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

7.5 Cricket Betting. Live and pre-match cricket betting markets on bk0k — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to standard sports betting rules regarding match abandonment, rain interruptions, player substitutions, and related contingencies. Specific market rules are displayed alongside each active market.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk0k Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to fix outcomes or manipulate game results.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk0k staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the bk0k Platform without prior written authorisation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the bk0k Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and design elements — is the property of bk0k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 The bk0k brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The bk0k Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk0k makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its services.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk0k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or error in Platform availability; (c) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; (d) any loss of data or corruption of Account information caused by technical faults beyond bk0k's reasonable control.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bk0k's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Privacy and Data

11.1 bk0k collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at bk0k.io/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering a bk0k Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and customer support.

11.3 bk0k will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including payment processors and identity verification services) strictly as necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 bk0k is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly from every registered Player's Account dashboard and include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

12.2 All bk0k Players must be 21 years of age or older. This requirement is a firm eligibility condition, not merely a guideline.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 bk0k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version came into force.

13.2 Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — bk0k will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered Players and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

13.3 Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

13.4 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and bk0k, the Player must first contact bk0k support to attempt resolution informally. bk0k aims to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) BST business days of receipt. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing via the email address provided in Section 15.

14.3 bk0k's records — including transaction logs, bet histories, and Account activity records — shall constitute conclusive evidence of Platform activity for the purposes of any dispute resolution process, unless the Player can demonstrate manifest error in those records.
